Full Description: This is the knowledge examination required prior to entry into a Fire Instructor training
course according to section 4765-21-02 (A) (3) of the Ohio Administrative Code. Tis
is a computer based examination. You must bring the following: 1. Drivers license; 2.
Current Fire Certifcation Card or ODPS Certifcation Printout. Course Content 2.15
hour computer based examination. Tose taking the examination will be tested on their
knowledge at the Firefghter II level defned by NFPA Standard 1001. Eight days advance
notice is required from your request date. No electronic devices, cellular phones, pagers,
etc. are permitted in the testing center.
